Leadership Lines
In this section...Despite the very challenging past few years which we have all endured, the past academic year (2021/22) was actually extremely successful for Barrow Hedges with many highlights, in particular the awarding once again of The Early Years Quality Mark, achieving the Platinum Award for Safeguarding and most significantly our highly positive Ofsted inspection in April.
Hopefully parents will agree that we are a school that constantly strives for improvements. As such, we have reflected on the fact that while parents are provided with a wealth of information, for example, through Hedgelines and Sporting Hedge, there are many aspects of the school’s work, in particular, that of the senior leadership team, that go unshared. The purpose of ‘Leadership Lines’ is to inform parents of key actions and initiatives undertaken by the leadership team and to provide an insight into some of the things we do as part of our self-evaluation and school improvement work.
